Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Requirements: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring the pharmacy meets all necessary standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve quality assurance processes, enhancing patient outcomes.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and needs.
  • Personnel Management: Lead and develop your team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Financial Profitability: Contribute to financial growth by optimizing pharmacy operations.
Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License: Hold a current, active license to practice pharmacy in your state.
  • Immunization Certification: Obtain immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
  • No Felony Charges or Convictions: Not have any pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60.00 - $73.00 per hour, plus additional incentives and benefits.
