Job Summary

**Job Overview**

The Resident Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will assist in the development, implementation, and execution of school nutrition initiatives for Maschio's Food Services, Inc. This role will help maintain federal and state nutrition guidelines, menu development, nutrient analysis, nutrition education, and promotion, as well as food allergy management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of school nutrition initiatives
  • Maintain federal and state nutrition guidelines
  • Develop and analyze menus to ensure nutritional value
  • Provide nutrition education and promotion to students and staff
  • Manage food allergy protocols and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Registered through the Commission on Dietetic Registration or registration eligible with completed supervised practice
  • Experience working in a school foodservice K-12 environment preferred
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills required
  • Experience with group presentations and Point of Sale (POS) system preferred
