Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer questions, and recommending products to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front area and sales floor.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
