CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Oversee the harvesting and initial processing stages of Cresco Labs' products, ensuring top-notch quality and visual appeal.
  • Engage in pre-harvest activities, including leaf plucking within the cultivation area.
  • Monitor and manage drying rooms to enhance specific flower qualities and standards.
  • Weigh and package Fresh/Frozen Flower products.
  • Perform bucking, weighing, bagging, tagging, and labeling for product identification.
  • Exercise meticulous attention to detail in selecting products based on optimal size, quality, and appearance.
  • Carry out repetitive tasks over extended periods, involving a mix of sitting, standing, and vigorous activities in varying temperature conditions.
  • Strictly follow hygiene and sanitation protocols established by Cresco Labs and regulatory authorities.

Facility Cleanliness and Quality Control:

  • Execute all assigned responsibilities to maintain a clean and safe workspace and production area.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of workstations and equipment consistently.
  • Promptly report any quality control issues encountered during the harvesting process to the supervisor.

Reports and Documentation:

  • Keep accurate records of harvested and processed products to guarantee product identification and quality control.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of two years of experience in general production, ideally within a regulated industry producing for human consumption, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training demonstrating the ability to fulfill the aforementioned duties.
  • Capability to remember and adhere to all compliance, quality, departmental, and human resource guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills and capacity to multitask.
  • Ability to sit and perform bud removal with scissors for prolonged periods.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
