Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Dish Attendant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment, bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware, and cleaning as needed inside and outside the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Buss tables and collect soiled dishes
  • Clean kitchen equipment and appliances
  • Assist other staff members with tasks as needed
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to operate a dish machine safely, lift up to 40 pounds, and understand and follow all food safety procedures. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
