Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to achieve established goals.
  • Provide advice and education to patients and families, and regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment.
  • Initiate discharge planning from physical therapy and implement treatment programs through direct patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • California Physical Therapist License.
  • National Provider Identifier.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
