Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at Club Pilates, you will be the face of our studio, responsible for representing our brand to potential clients and bringing in new members. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful sales career while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

About the Role

The main focus of this role is to execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing. You will conduct tours of the studio, establish relationships with prospective members, and target their needs and wants. Your goal will be to maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production, emphasizing and enforcing the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.

You will present available services to current or prospective members, book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas, and participate in special events to promote the club. Assumptions of responsibility for developing selling skills are also part of this role.

Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
  • Must have excellent public speaking skills
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Valid drivers' license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary of $40,000 per year, commission paid on sales, and opportunities for bonus based on performance. You will also have opportunities for growth within the studio, including additional sales and management positions.
