Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare personnel to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and coordinate the delivery of care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure overall resident care.
  • Direct resident care, making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care and documenting all pertinent information.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare personnel to ensure comprehensive care planning and execution.

Requirements
  • Current RN license required.
