Job Overview

A client of Insight Global is seeking to onboard a Documentation Specialist for their Data Governance team.

This role will concentrate on the clarification and documentation of procedures for various systems and processes across four internal Product Data teams.

The daily responsibilities will involve 50% collaboration with team leaders to comprehend their daily operations and ultimate objectives.

The remaining 50% will be dedicated to organizing and articulating these processes into a clear and concise format that will serve as a reference guide for future team members.

Candidates should possess professional experience in creating internal documentation. Exceptional editing and proofreading skills are essential. The ideal applicant will be comfortable engaging with teams they may not have prior experience with. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work during Eastern Standard Hours.

Compensation:
$30-$45 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

  • Knowledge of database management systems or Master Data Governance principles (e.g., SAP)
