Cafe Hollywood, a premier dining destination, is seeking a skilled Cafe Host to join our team at Earl Enterprises. As a Cafe Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a friendly and timely greeting
- Managing phone calls and messages in a professional manner
- Processing To-Go orders and handling cash transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized arrival area
- Monitoring restaurant flow and communicating with service staff
- Cleaning up spills and breakage
- Preparing flatware and maintaining menus
- Communicating guest needs to management and service staff
- Seating guests and ensuring their comfort
- Assisting with gift card sales and monitoring rest room cleanliness
- Welcoming job applicants and maintaining walkways
- Assisting with guest location and thanking guests for their visit
Requirements:
