NaphCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our healthcare team at the Wyoming Department of Corrections. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for all clinical decisions at the facility, ensuring that all clinical needs are being met within the facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and experience in managing medical staff. You will provide direct and indirect basic medical care to meet the physiological and emotional needs of the patients, conduct rounds in the medical and infirmary units, and perform sick call visits and manage chronic care.

You will also lead efforts to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services, coordinate, lead, and participate in educational and training activities, and may supervise Staff Physicians and other medical staff.
