About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Clerk to join our team at Niemann Foods. As a Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our products are displayed and merchandised to meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and display food products in a visually appealing manner
  • Rotate and merchandise products to meet customer needs
  • Control shrink and maintain a safe working environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Food Handler's Certification required
