About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Porter to join our team at BrightView. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our client sites, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute site-level tasks on BrightView client sites
  • Keep premises of BrightView clients' grounds in clean and orderly condition
  • Perform light landscaping and maintenance tasks
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal area
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing BrightView
  • Assist maintenance team with snow removal (as applicable)
  • Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and remove litter
  • Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud when necessary
  • Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush
  • Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc.
  • Drive to designated areas in vehicle and pick up trash with trash grabbers
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Chauffeur's endorsement (Chauffeur's License)
  • Valid MDARD Pesticide Licenses (3A, 3B, CORE, 6 and Right of Way)
