Key Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Accurately dispense and document medications, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resident Care: Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living, including eating, drinking, walking, and transferring.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration.
- Communication: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and services.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors and in a medication administration role preferred.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language; ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks; ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest.
