Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Blow Molding Technician to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion blow molding equipment and creating an environment that fosters continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stop machines and/or production due to machine concerns or safety violations in the absence of the Foreman - Shift Supervisor
  • Record shift production in the absence of the Supervisor
  • Provide necessary training to departmental personnel
  • Investigate all reported workplace injuries/illnesses and prepare related reports in the absence of the Foreman - Shift Supervisor
  • Process and monitor new and/or existing products
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in extrusion blow molding in the plastics industry
  • Relocation assistance for the right candidate
  • Supervisory experience
Special Skills and Certifications
  • Successful completion of blow molding entry-level examination
  • Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Forklift training
