BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Nashua, NH.
This is a full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunity to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Nashua, Hudson, Bedford, and surrounding areas.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse (RN) with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
You will be responsible for following a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs, making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
You will also be responsible for monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
Qualifications:A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire is required, as well as a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned is also required.
