Ryder Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As an Operations Management Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting the shop management process and assisting in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer interface and proactive customer management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
  • Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow-up, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
