We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. Key Responsibilities- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate assigned blend tanks, homogenization, filtration, and other equipment according to instructions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Read, understand, and follow all manufacturing instructions listed on Manufacturing Orders, precisely weigh raw materials and intermediates, and follow QC and sampling procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
- Production Support: Clean equipment and work areas as assigned, execute rework and formula adjustments according to QC and formula requirements, and package and sample products according to customer requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow all Kosher, BATF, USDA, and other regulatory requirements, as well as ISO 9001/2000, GMP, and HACCP procedures to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in manufacturing or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, commitment to safety and quality, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility in accepting change and continuous improvement.
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including lifting 50lbs, standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and bending throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
