Senior Manager, Market Insights and Analytics

The Senior Manager, Market Insights and Analytics is a key member of the Market Insights and Analytics Team at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to provide actionable data-driven recommendations to guide critical business decisions.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative market research projects to support brand strategy, including vendor selection and management, design, execution, and presentation of results. They will also be responsible for using expert knowledge of secondary pharmaceutical databases to answer analytical questions from cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with majority in the US. They will also have strong experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, Claims, and other syndicated resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative market research projects to support brand strategy
  • Use expert knowledge of secondary pharmaceutical databases to answer analytical questions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Strong experience with pharmaceutical data sources
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
