About the Role

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Settlement Clerk to join our team at our Distribution Center in Englewood, CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, post, and reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets, and invoices
  • Investigate over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets
  • Verify tickets and load sheets against control sheet
  • Check information uploaded from handheld and other technology devices and correct problems
  • Monitor completeness of route settlement packages
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience preferred, but not required
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Experience working with 10-Key
