**Requirements:**
At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing environment, with a proven track record of producing positive results. A minimum of 3 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization. Strong customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, resourcefulness, and conscientiousness.
