Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all assigned rooms, including dusting, mopping, and making beds, to meet AutoCamp's high standards of cleanliness.
  • Straighten and arrange kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and furniture items to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, counters, and furnishings to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Sweep, mop, and care for floors to ensure a safe and clean space for guests.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping cart, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Communicate the status of cleaned rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor and report any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning product handling and safety procedures.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Prior experience working as a hotel housekeeper.
