Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-of-house staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality control.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage cash handling, inventory, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Shift Leader at Teriyaki Madness, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
