Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated electrical engineer to join our team as an Assistant Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement electrical engineering solutions for traffic signal and street lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Designing and developing electrical engineering solutions for traffic signal and street lighting systems.
  • Evaluating contract documents and specifications to ensure compliance with City standards.
  • Collaborating with design consultants and reviewing submitted plans for development/modification of new and/or existing signalized intersections and street lighting work.
  • Conducting field visits and completing lighting survey projects.


Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a baccalaureate degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college or university and one year of full-time satisfactory experience in electrical engineering work. A master's degree in electrical engineering can be used to substitute for one year of experience.
