Responsibilities:

  • Clean grease off cooking exhaust systems of commercial kitchens
  • Supervise crews and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Inspect and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Take photos of work for record-keeping purposes
  • Drive to and from job sites in a company vehicle
  • Fulfill paperwork requirements, including logging hours worked and recording maintenance activities
  • Keep company vehicles and equipment in good working order

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is between $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
