Job Summary

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service to condominium owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep common areas clean and organized, including the garbage room, laundry room, storage area, walkways, hallways, steps, electrical room, and super's office.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance tasks, such as storing and re-staging furniture, swapping out screens and storm windows, and replacing batteries and light bulbs.
  • Assist owners with carrying luggage, groceries, and miscellaneous items upon arrival and departure.
  • Listen and respond to unit owners' needs and requests for minor repairs, such as moving furniture, replacing light bulbs, and plunging toilets.
  • Allow access to vendors as needed, including pest control, appliance companies, and HVAC repair technicians.
