Job Title: Registered Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.

  • Sunday- Saturday
  • Any Shift- Days, Evenings, Overnight
  • Fulltime/Part time/ PRN available

  • Many more locations, patient acuity and shifts available
