Key Responsibilities:- Assess and collect patient data to inform individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests as ordered by healthcare practitioners
- Provide restoration of competency services to Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) patients
- Communicate patient information to nursing staff and healthcare practitioners
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment
- One (1) or more years of clinic experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
