Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Sushi Expert to join our team at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning sushi dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new sushi recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
• Train and mentor junior sushi chefs to maintain consistency and quality in our sushi presentations.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Sushi Expert, you must possess:

• At least one year's experience as a Specialty Sushi Chef or a similar position.
• Excellent training and mentoring skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese seafood techniques and advanced knife skills.
