Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily-living and social skills;
  • Engaging in activities with individuals to enhance their independence and participation in community life;
  • Maintaining annual 24-hour training requirements;

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Compassionate and caring attitude;
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED);
  • Valid Driver's License and existing insurance;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills;

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
