Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hemodialysis care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Train and educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and techniques
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during challenging times

Requirements:

  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hemodialysis or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
