We are seeking a skilled Sushi Trainee to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Sushi Trainee, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients for sushi dishes, including raw, cooked, and veggie options
- Follow proper recipes, knife skills, and cooking techniques to produce consistent results
- Effectively multitask and balance prep work to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Engage with customers, educating them on our world-class sushi products
