Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP)/Individualized Care Plans (ICP) and monthly updates
- Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- Maintain certifications as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
