Executive Breakfast Chef

Burro & Bull is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented breakfast/prep cook to join their team. As an ideal candidate, you should be attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

• Prepare and execute the daily Breakfast/Brunch Menu with precision and efficiency.
• Follow established recipes to prepare high-quality dishes for our guests.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by preparing equipment and workstations for daily cooking.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure exceptional dish quality.
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables as needed to meet menu requirements.
• Perform basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces and mixing batches.
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas efficiently.

• Effective communication and listening skills to collaborate with team members.
• Dedication to working towards a common goal in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience as a Prep Cook or similar role is a significant advantage.
• A proven track record of preparing breakfast/brunch menus or comparable meals.

• A guaranteed minimum of two consecutive days off per week for relaxation and rejuvenation.
• A competitive tip-sharing system ranging from $4 to $8 per hour.

An estimated salary range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
