Overview

SSM Health Physical Therapy is a leading provider of comprehensive outpatient services, with a network of over 80 physical therapy centers throughout the St. Louis Metro area. Our Belleville, IL clinic is seeking a sports-minded Physical Therapist to join our team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in accordance with their needs and physician direction.
  • Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients.
  • Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities.
  • Provide education to patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
  • Perform other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • CPR certification.
