Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage highway engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Utilize expertise in New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and related agencies.
  • Oversee project teams and serve as a mentor to junior engineers.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities.
Qualifications
  • 15-25 years of relevant experience in highway engineering.
  • Possession of a valid New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • Experience with NJDOT, NJ Turnpike, and NJ Transit projects.
  • Familiarity with county projects and regional authorities is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
