We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residence Supervisor to join our team and lead our Residential Program in Lyons, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, including supervising Direct Support Professionals and coordinating service provisions.

Key qualifications include:

  • An associate degree in Human Services or related field, one year supervisory experience, and one year experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities

  • A combination of education and experience may be considered

  • Valid New York State Driver's License that meets the agency driver standards
