Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and supporting our clinical team. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
- Support our patients in their journey with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney disease
