About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and overhaul equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices.
  • Perform general repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment, including air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, and ice machine equipment.
  • Provide preventative maintenance activities for customers by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operating deficiencies.
  • Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Support customers by picking up, delivering, and installing cases.
  • Perform work on minor construction and remodeling projects, including startups of new installations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation.
  • Ability to work on equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
