Position Overview:

  • Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)

  • Weekly Hours: 36 hours
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

As a Travel RN in the Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing and managing patients with urgent medical needs.

Qualifications:

  • Current California RN License
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Completion of an Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course or Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
  • CEN and TNCC certifications are preferred
  • Ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias is preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred
