About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Lead to join our team at Chenega Corporation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, maintenance, and operations. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing maintenance processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement maintenance processes and procedures
  • Manage O&M projects and perform data analyses
  • Research and report on emerging trends and corrective actions
  • Develop and implement work processes and efficiencies
  • Coordinate and prioritize conflicting maintenance tasks
  • Investigate and resolve support issues beyond site capabilities
  • Perform analysis of maintenance trends and operational commitments
  • Provide launch support as directed by MxCC management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, science, math, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical disciplines, maintenance control, resource management, business, education, or range maintenance experience and/or operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience developing and implementing work processes and efficiencies
  • Range experience with maintenance procedures that regulate site processes for management of maintenance, safety, logistics, and technical data security is preferred
  • Understanding of IMDS, its relationship to preventive and corrective maintenance, and computation and production of RMA data is preferred
  • Understanding of Range launch requirements, range scheduling, maintenance planning, engineering activities, and operations activities and their interrelationship is preferred
