Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless experience for our guests, the following duties are essential:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.

  • Complete all station setup and breakdown tasks diligently.

  • Understand and implement responsible alcohol service and adhere to sanitation and food safety standards.

Physical Requirements

The successful candidate should be prepared to work in a dynamic restaurant environment, typically 30 to 40 hours per week. The role requires being on your feet or moving around the venue for the duration of the shift. The position involves fast-paced work, including lifting and delivering orders efficiently, which may require exerting up to 40 lbs of force.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a server in an upscale dining environment.
  • Previous experience in an arena setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven customer service abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
