Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Med/Surg RN for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical/surgical nursing and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients on the medical/surgical unit
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
- 2+ years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
