Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our CARES (Cleaning and Repair Evaluation Services) Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, reviewing, and evaluating turnout gear, as well as performing repairs and alterations. If you have a strong understanding of products and work instructions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and evaluate turnout gear to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Perform repairs and alterations to turnout gear as needed
  • Construct and assemble small parts to support production value streams
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of stitching experience preferred
  • Extensive understanding of products and work instructions
  • Knowledge of Globe products and materials
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate order system
