Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will provide financial and accounting assistance to our management team and senior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and accounting support to the management team and senior staff
  • Work predominantly within Accounts Receivable and Collections
  • Ensure that client portfolios are not past due and there are no outstanding invoices
  • Use SAP to procure and receive invoices and release hold orders as needed
  • Manage daily responsibilities and prioritize work items from a portfolio perspective
Requirements
  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • SAP experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Account Reconciliation, Collections, or a related Accounting/Finance role
  • Strong math skills, particularly for reconciliation
  • Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with external customers and prioritizing requests
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
