We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Infiniti of Lubbock. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Conduct thorough diagnostics and perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.
  • Customer Service: Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, repair needs, and service recommendations, ensuring their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines to ensure all repairs and services are completed correctly and safely.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification from an accredited automotive program preferred.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • ASE certification or similar credentials preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions.
