Job Title: EO Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented EO Operator to join our team at MillenniumSoft. As an EO Operator, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and ensuring the highest quality of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate electric forklifts, stretch wrappers, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and slip sheeters
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
  • Ensure the highest quality of products, adhering to all quality control standards
  • Assist in company physical inventories and cycle counts
  • Work twelve (12) hour shifts, including weekends
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Good communication, math, and computer skills
  • One year comparable outside warehouse experience
  • Ability to become licensed to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Deliverables:
  • Cycle counts completed daily
  • Works on Continuous Improvement programs to effectively improve sterilization production
  • Works in a manner that reduces lost time and safety incidents
  • Works in an appropriate manner to reduce errors
