As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and cleaning kitchen machinery and equipment properly and safely. This includes storing it in its designated place, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scrape and spray all dishes before placing them in the ware washing machine.
  • Rack all china and glassware according to dish room standards.
  • Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas in restaurants.
