Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our skilled nursing team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities- Assist a designated group of residents with daily living activities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Partner with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on restorative therapy and promoting resident independence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including restorative therapy programs and adaptive equipment.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care, responding to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a CNA preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our residents.
