We are looking for a Physical Therapist with prior OASIS experience to work at a partnering home health care provider in Silverdale, Washington. Our team brings more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every therapist we support.

Contract Details:

  • $1,710 - $1,882 per week
  • Paid by the hour - not by the visit
  • Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
  • Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.
